Here is the surefire way to get to those folders:
Try this, which should work on or off-campus:
-click Finder (blue face)
-click Go menu at top
-click Connect To Server
-select or type afp://facstaff.augsburg.edu
or
afp://orgs.augsburg.edu
-click Connect
-enter username and password
The folders that you just loaded should appear on the left side of your finder window.

Alternately can replace afp with smb as additional backup connections.
