Moving Voicethreads to Personal Account

We would actually recommend that the instructor just take his entire
VoiceThread account with him rather than trying to move the content offline.
He'll need your help or ours with this, though. If you can remove him from your
license, his account will be downgraded to the free version of VoiceThread and
dissociated from your license, but he'll still be able to sign in to his
account and access all of his past work. Details about how to remove someone
from your license are here:
(use the red "Remove User" button not the "Delete Account" button).

He should also do two things to update his account so he can access outside of
your license. First, he should set a password to use outside of your integrated
system. He can do that here:

He should also change the email address on his account to be something he'll
continue to have access to instead of his Augsburg address. He can do that with
these steps:

1. Click on his email address in the top-right corner of his VT Home Page.
2. Select "My Account".
3. Click "Change" next to his current email address.
4. Enter his new address.
5. Save.
