The Mailroom at Luther Seminary is located in the basement of OCC. In that room, they have a printer that is used to print the red stamps directly onto envelopes. To get more ink for this machine, the mailroom does not go through IT. Instead, they ask their supervisor, Ellen Elhard for ink. Ellen can be emailed directly by them! 

The mailer machine may be referred to as the Neopost machine.
