Knowledgebase - unable to log in

I've been asked to pull a syllabus from an Augsburg Experience course for English for a new professor. I can get to the log in page, though after entering my credentials and pressing Enter....I get a sad face, "This page isn't working" unexpectedly closed the connection. ERR_INCOMPLETE_CHUNKED_ENCODING. Using Chrome.

Repeated the same process in Firefox: I get a blank white screen of nothingness - sort of like a Twilight Zone episode I saw once where this boy could wish for anything and he wished everything away.
