Adding a web page (URL) resource in moodle can be done two ways:
  1. Drag and Drop method
  2. Activity Chooser method

Using Drag and Drop

Note not all web browsers fully support moodle drag and drop features. This example was tested in Google Chrome (version 30) and Firefox (version 17).
