Connecting to a projector from your mobile device (iPhone, iPad, Android) or laptop

The projectors in Foss 20a, 20b, 21a, 21b, 22b, 42, Old Main 202, OGC 111, 112, 114, 200, 201, 202 have the ability to wirelessly project from your mobile device or computer.

You'll need to download the app:

Get the app for the iPad or iPhone

Get the app for Android 

Get the app for your Laptop

When you get to the classroom

  1. turn on the projector
  2. press the "Wireless Projection" button (after the "On" button has stopped flashing).
  3. open the app on your mobile device
  4. press the "Projector" button
  5. press "Other..."
  6. enter the number you see on the screen after IP address (it should beging with 141.224)
  7. enter they "Keyword" you see on the screen (a 4 digit number)
  8. you are ready to choose  what you'd like to share: Photos, Documents, or a Web Page

How do I get a powerpoint in my list of documents?

Laptops will display anything on your screen. iPhones and iPads can show PDFs, Word, Powerpoint, Excel, and Keynote files. Androids can only show PDFs.

To get a document on your mobile device:

  1. email yourself the document
  2. find the email in your mail app
  3. touch and hold the attachment icon until a choice comes up
  4. choose "Open in Epson iProjection"
