Note: signed documents must be sent to the Registrar’s office through an Augsburg Email Account in order to be authenticated.

Please note that the video instructions will probably not work for adding comments to your Graduation Audit. You can just type your Graduation Audit comments in the email to which the Intent to Graduate Cover Page, Graduation Audit, and checklists are attached.

If you have issues with Adobe Reader, please note that we can accept the form as your signature as long as it is sent from your Augsburg email address. You will need to type all required responses other than your signature in the email coming from Augsburg email address.

1. Log in to the Inside Augsburg page with your AugNet credentials (http://inside.augsburg.edu).
   
   
   
   
2. Click on "Records and Registration" under the Augnet Services menu.
   
   
   
   
3. Click on "Transcript (Grades)" in the blue sidebar.
   
   
   
   
4. Click on "All Terms" or a specific term to view your grades associated with courses from that term.
   
   
   
   
5. Your grades appear in this layout, displaying the course title, grade received, and credit earned for each course and in total.
   
   
   
   
6. In case you need a comprehensive or official transcript, there is also a link to the Registrar's webpage (http://www.augsburg.edu/enroll/registrar/). You can request one from that page.
