Fax Troubleshooting

When sending internal faxes between campus fax machines, it doesn't work properly when using either 9+1+612-330-xxxx OR 9+612-xxxx. 

When testing internal to internal faxing, only use 9+330-xxxx.  Internal faxing on campus only occurs when we're troubleshooting.
