I. Augsburg Email/Calendar Account Configuration for iOS Devices

1. In "Settings", select "Mail, Contacts, Calendars", then "Add Account"
   
   
   
   
2. Select the Gmail icon
   
   
   
   
3. Enter the following information:
   • Full Name
   • Augsburg email address
   • Augnet password
   • Description
     
     
     
     
4. Select "Save" or "Done" to complete the account creation
   
   

• To delete messages tap and hold the Archive icon.

  

II. Sync Multiple Calendars

After you've completed the Gmail setup in Part I, open the Calendar app on your device. Syncing will automatically begin. By default, only your primary calendar will be synced with your device. If you have additional calendars you’d like to sync, follow the instructions below.

III. Connection to Augsburg Contacts Directory (optional)

1. In "Settings", choose "Mail, Contacts, Calendars"

2. "Add Account" Select "Other", then "Add CardDAV Account"

3. Enter the following information

   • Server: google.com

   • User Name: username@augsburg.edu (you must use your full email address)

   • Password:

   • Description: Augsburg CardDAV (recommended description)

4. Click "Next" to verify the account configuration
