Your Augsburg voicemail password must be changed once every 365 days or it will expire.

To change your password, first dial into the voicemail system - through either the "Msg/Inbox button" on your phone or by dialing x1600.

Then, press [8] [4] to access the password change command.

You will need to enter your current voicemail password for verification.  Then you will be asked for the new password you want to set.

Voicemail passwords must meet these criteria:

• Must be 5 digits or longer
• Cannot contain the same digit more than twice in a row (61555 is not a valid password)
• The first digit must be something other than zero
• Cannot contain the mailbox (so the password for extension 1234 cannot be 61234)
