To access the Augsburg voicemail system to set up your greetings, check messages, etc., dial 612-330-1600 from any telephone (or x1600 from on-campus).

At the prompt, enter your mailbox number and then press the [#] key.  Your mailbox is usually the same as your four digit telephone extension, the last four digits of your phone number.

Then, enter your voicemail password followed by the [#] key.

Once you are logged into the system, follow the voice prompts to check messages, record greetings, or perform other actions.

If you do not know your mailbox number or your voicemail password, contact your LFC (for faculty and staff) or the TechDesk (for students).
