Knowledgebase: Printing
It keeps telling me I need to install iPrint, but I have installed it (PC) (Faculty/Staff/Students)

If you are adding the printers from Internet Explorer, you need to add to the list of "Trusted Sites." To do this, follow the steps below:

  1. In explorer, to to the Settings > Internet Options... 

  2. In the "Security" tab, click "Trusted Sites" and then "Add".

  3. Then add and uncheck "require https://" and then click "Add." You should now be able to install the printers.

The Firefox browser doesn't have the same issue, so you can also try installing printers from Firefox.
