As an instructor, you have the ability to manage what course content is viewable by students. For most content, the availability can be managed using the show/hide option for each item. However, you may want to hide ENTIRE topic sections from students while you are editing it.

1. To hide an entire section, turn editing on and click the "Edit" menu to the right of the section header, then choose "Hide section".
   
   
   
   
2. The entire section will appear grayed out none of the content within will be visible to students. To reveal the topic section, click "Edit", then "Show section".
