• your legal name changes and you have completed an official name change with the Enrollment Center, or
• you are receiving harassing emails and have reported it to Augsburg College's Department of Public Safety.

Requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis; not all requests may be granted.  To request a username change, download a Username Change Request form (PDF file). Submit your completed request form to the TechDesk using the contact info at the bottom of the form.
