It is possible (with just a few extra steps) to accommodate students who have received clearance from the CLASS office to receive additional time, extend a deadline for a student, or allow a second attempt for a student with a technological issue.

1. Click on the link to the (already created) quiz on the home page of the course.
   
   
   
   
2. In the Administration box on the Quiz page, click "User overrides."
   
   
   
   
3. Then click on "Add user override."
   
   
   
   
4. Select the name of the student who needs accommodation and change whatever is needed (e.g., the deadline, the time limit, and/or the number of attempts allowed), and then click on "Save."
   
   
   
   
5. Only this student will experience the change from the regular settings.
